Aidan Settman is a research whistleblower. While working at the North Carolina Center for Health & Wellness, he discovered systemic data falsification and fabrication involving a COVID-19-era public health program. After raising concerns in 2024, he was fired and threatened with legal action.

He kept digging and made a broader discovery of federally-funded research published in fraudulent research journals. Aidan continues to fight his legal case in the NC Court of Appeals while speaking publicly on these matters.

Currently, Aidan is a PhD candidate in criminology at the University of Kent.
